To expand OPPO’s footprint in Western Europe, raise brand awareness and shape the telecommunication industry we are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager (f/m/x) to join our Marketing team in Germany.

What would you be doing:

  • Plan and manage marketing projects, steer and execute local marketing mix, including but not limited to joint marketing campaigns with our Key Accounts (e.g. Amazon, MSD, Otto etc.)
  • Steer and execute local marketing campaigns and align campaign plans with all relevant internal stakeholders
  • Provide marketing insights for relevant marketing master plan and analyse competitor's scenario & draw conclusions
  • Align, adapt and implement initiatives with the HQ / Western Europe MKT team as well as local business departments
  • Represent area of responsibility in respective decision bodies
  • Oversee implementation of channel strategy, aligning and linking of MKT campaigns to partner channels
  • Coordinate with external agencies on concept, creatives, strategies and costs
  • Manage resources needed and ensure timely local execution of initiatives
  • Identify as well as evaluate novel marketing technology
  • Define KPIs and use a range of analytics tools to gain insights, optimize campaign operations and report performance

Your skills:

  • A degree in marketing, economics, international management or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing (digital or channel) or in campaign management either in brand or agency environment
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications, web and marketing analytics tools, Adobe CS skills would be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, data-oriented thinking and financial understanding
  • Very good communication and project management skills
  • Fluency in German and English is a must, additional languages a plus
