To expand OPPO’s footprint in Western Europe, raise brand awareness and shape the telecommunication industry we are looking for a Senior After Sales Service Specialist (f/m/x) to join our Service Team

What would you be doing:

  • Repair Factory performance control and support
  • Contact Center performance control and support
  • Contact Center training and support
  • Spare Part & stock & swap management f. RF & distributor & network operators (ordering, shipping, pricing, corrections, forecasting, control)
  • Control, handling and reporting on invoicing, crediting & billing, reimbursements f. RF, spare part distributor, business customers & network operators
  • Repair- and Inspection Order management
  • Finance dept. support
  • Controlling & Service reporting
  • Quality control
  • Process and project support 

Your skills:

  • Demonstrated working experience in after sales services fields, ideally in consumer electronic industry
  • Hands-on experience with both offline and online service centers (repair and call centers)
  • Good collaboration with service partner, distributor and consumer
  • Result driven and service-oriented
  • Willing to go extra mile to get things done
  • Can work under pressure and deliver within deadline
  • Fluent in German and English
