To expand OPPO’s footprint in Western Europe, raise brand awareness and shape the telecommunication industry we are looking for a Customer Service Intern (f/m/x) to join our Customer Service Team

Responsibilities:

  • Spare Part & stock & swap management f. RF & distributor & network operators (ordering, shipping, pricing, corrections, forecasting, control)
  • Control, handling and reporting on invoicing, crediting & billing, reimbursements f. RF, spare part distributor, business customers & network operators
  • Repair- and Inspection Order management
  • Process and project support 

Requirements

  • Good command of Microsoft office, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Result driven and service-oriented
  • Practical, diligent and responsible
  • Works well independently as well as in a team
  • Assertive and a fast learner
  • Experience in customer service fields, ideally in consumer electronic industry is a plus
  • Business fluent in German English is a must, other language skills a plus
