To expand OPPO’s footprint in Europe, raise brand awareness and shape the telecommunication industry we are looking for a Sr. GTM Manager (outsourced) to join our EU-Spain/Portugal Business Team based remotely in Madrid, Spain.

About the Role

  • 产品路线规划：了解西班牙手机行业竞争环境及渠道客户诉求，洞察用户需求，从销售端对产品规划、迭代、定义提出优化改进需求。
  • 产品上市操盘：基于长期最大化产品收益的目标（销量/利润/销售额），输出产品上市操盘策略（包含但不限于产品节奏、产品组合策略、价格策略、上柜策略），并推动销售、营销、产品等模块落地操盘策略；
  • 产品全生命周期管理：组织销售模块进行销量预测，调控产能需求；负责产品全生命周期销量、库存监控，并做必要调整；输出产品退市清货策略，并推动落地；全生命周期做好控货、控价管理，对产品商业成功（经营结果）负责。
  • 对接产销模块，保证产销和生产环节能够按照产品货源需求及时交付。

About You

  • 具备5年以上工作经验，熟悉手机及IoT行业，主导过手机/平板/穿戴/耳机任一或多个产品的成功上市经验者优先考虑；
  • 具备产品生命周期内解决方案制定及落地的能力，具备分层分级项目管理能力，能够通过控货控价管理，将产品收益最大化；
  • 对线上/线下业务，渠道，营销和操盘有深入的认知和一定的操盘经验，有西班牙本地线上平台操盘经验优先 ；
  • 工作语言为中文和西班牙语，英语为加分项，接受一定频次的海外出差
