To expand OPPO’s footprint in Western Europe, raise brand awareness and shape the telecommunication industry we are looking for a Delivery Specialist (f/m/x) (Outsourced) to join our GTM Team in Düsseldorf.

About the Role

  • To gather and process customers's data on sell-in, sell-through, sell-out, and sale-related information by applying statistical analysis methods and mathematical models on the basis of our product strategies.
  • To regularly output PSI (purchase, sales, and inventory) analysis reports for marketing and supply chain departments.
  • Collect and analyze the market trends of consumer devices in the EU, analyzing the market share and performance of Oppo and our competitors by applying statistical analysis methods.
  • To develop a product planning strategy and improve the forecast accuracy that follows market trends.
  • Communicate with our customers and sales team in EU countries to make a demand plan based on quantity and request time.
  • Collaborate across sales and marketing teams to ensure the launch and ongoing activities of the product line across all available channels, including retail stores, call centers, and online channels.
  • Work proactively together with the sales team to understand market targets and customer requirements.
  • To analyze and estimate market demand and trends in a future period of time by collecting target market information. And draw up a demand forecast on a rolling 6-month basis for our products by using scientific methods and tools.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Economics, Logistics, Statistics, or a closely related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Effective analytical and communication abilities
  • Practical mindset and a focus on achieving results
  • Capable of maintaining organization and prioritization of tasks while operating under pressure
  • Business knowledge with fluency in Chinese and English; German would be a plus
