To continue our expansion in the Western European Region, we are now looking for a Training Manager for our Retail Team.

What would you be doing:

  • Create, develop and deliver engaging, memorable and fun training towards our partners in Germany
  • Responsible for overseeing OPPO consumer partners (OEM and retailer) education in the country, ensuring that retail sales associates and other customer service staff are knowledgeable about OPPO and recommend it to customers
  • Managing local training programs and projects, delivering successful training sessions
  • Working with our field teams and collaborating closely with internal teams, including Global Partner Training, Sales, Retail Operations and Marketing, as well as by developing robust external relationships with key retailers and OEMs
  • Develop content and deliver educational experiences that are engaging, memorable and fun

Your profile:

  • Bachelors degree or higher education
  • Several years of work experience as a Training Manager or similar position in the smartphone or operators industry, or similar, 
  • Possess an extensive network within the consumer electronics, telecommunications industry in Germany
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders through training and presentation
  • Motivated self-starter who has the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high pressured and dynamic environment
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel frequently
